Gaser-Bridge was excited to be invited to participate in the final showcase of the Stronger Together series for this year. I am so grateful for the opportunity to connect with the community, to share my poetry, and to witness the artistic expression of so many talented artists.
The Ethnocultural Council of Manitoba – Stronger Together Inc. (ECCM) held their final showcase event for the Inclusion through Art, Culture and Heritage project on Saturday, February 18, 2023.
This project has provided individuals from ethnocultural newcomer and Indigenous communities opportunities to enhance their skills in arts making. The artists for the project have collaboratively worked on art pieces and performances that promote reconciliation, anti-racism, and cultural sharing in Manitoba.
